Subscription tiers and what's included in each plan
What It Is
OverClaw uses a subscription model. Each workspace (Office) requires its own subscription, and your plan determines the number of agents you can create and the features available to you.

Both tiers include full access to every tool, integration, and feature. The difference is capacity — Premium gives you more agents, more memory, and a higher monthly credit allocation.
You can create up to 10 workspaces total — mixing Standard and Premium as needed. That's up to 100 agents across all your workspaces.
How to Subscribe
- Download AVA from the App Store
- Create your workspace during onboarding
- Choose Standard or Premium when prompted
- Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID
You can upgrade from Standard to Premium at any time from within the app. The price difference is applied immediately.
Credit Boosts
If you need additional capacity during a billing cycle, purchase a one-time credit boost from within the app. Multiple sizes are available, and boosts apply immediately.

What You Need to Know
- Per-workspace billing. Each Office has its own subscription and usage tracking.
- Full feature access on both tiers. Standard and Premium differ only in capacity limits, not features.
- Managed via Apple. Subscriptions use StoreKit 2. Manage or cancel via your Apple ID settings.
- Upgrade in-place. Promote Standard to Premium without losing agents or data.
FAQ
Can I try OverClaw for free? A subscription is required to create a workspace. The paywall appears during onboarding after creating your first agent.
What happens if I cancel? Your workspace becomes read-only. You can still view history but agents can't perform actions. Resubscribe to restore full access.
Can I downgrade from Premium to Standard? If you have more than 5 agents in a Premium workspace, you'll need to remove agents before downgrading. Contact support for assistance.
Are there annual plans? Currently only monthly subscriptions are available. Annual plans are being considered for a future release.
